I am currently 8.5 months pregnant, 160 lbs, and 5'4. Based off of the reviews I sized way down. I got the XS and I really liked how it fit. It may be a little short, but I wont fully know until I have my baby. It ties in the back in order to make the top of the dress as tight or loose as you want. The waist is very stretchy.. I mean it fits around a huge belly and is still very comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the straps are still big. Nothing a simple safety pin cant fix but still a little annoying. I say if you're wanting this dress... Get it! Its cute, comfortable, and looks like it will flatter many body types. Just size down 2 sizes!!!
